it's true. the married 15 i've gained since being married (FOR ONE YEAR MIND YOU).. is still hanging on. hell, it's probably more like the married 20 now. it won't go away. granted, i don't eat all that well. i mean i did have some cake last night. and i'll probably have some tonight too.
i don't know. this weight. it's just chillin. hanging on in the same places it always does. and apparently it REALLY doesn't want to leave. i don't think it's fair that i have to practically starve myself to lose any weight. i don't want to live that way. i'm not strong enough to deny myself actual food. i like to eat. and i like to eat things that make me a fat ass.
i've come to accept that i have to work out. i still hate going, but the point is- i DO go. not without complaining that's for sure. but i have slowly started my routine again. working out at least 4 days a week, 5 is ideal. but i'm still a fat ass. seriously. my jeans? they're going to bust at the seams. i already ripped one pair. it's true.
sometimes being a woman just isn't fair.
sometimes being a fat ass who can't get rid of her fat ass is even less fair.
can't wait to see you all at blogher! ha!

My main problems are eating too late at night and alcohol intake. If I could cut those out, I would be so much better off.
LOL unless you have the metabolism of a sports car we all get that as we age Jenn. Unless you want to work out 4 hours a day or like my best friend do 200 situps a day on a 40 degree incline board (she weighs 100 pds and I hate her.....lol)it just happens with normal life. RELAX! Stress will just make you eat more.
yes. i've also discovered that my metabolism has slowed to a sorry sorry place where i, too, have to starve myself to lose any weight. and it's totally not worth it. because food? AWESOME. beer? AWESOME>
remember me? the "i grew outta my fat pants" blog? it's still true
Working out sucks. It's only worth it when you're done. But actually hauling your ass to the gym or wherever is hard to do. I have to work out too if I don't want jiggly thighs. And like you, I refuse to skip the cake. Screw that.
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL ASSHOLE
You are not a fat ass!
If you're eating normally and moving around (exercising) a few times a week, and your BMI is good - than maybe that's just where your body wants to be. . .
I think you look great, you're healthy, and I'm not just sayin' that. You have to enjoy all parts of your life.
The older you get, the more you will have to work out, Fatty. (Channeling Danno)
I think we all like to eat things that make us a "fat ass." The things that don't do that don't taste nearly as good.
:)
I have the same problems as you, but I just love food so damn much that I don't do anything about it.
Oh, and fucking hi!
I think you look great!
You might get onto www.sparkpeople.com I use it and it is great and totally free! I lost 20 pounds the year before my wedding. I did of course, gain most of that 20 back in the year since, but I am trying to lose it again! I actually don't mind working out or eating right most of the time - it's just that everything is so time consuming!
