Good for you!! You just started, so don't worry about not losing any weight yet. Besides, I don't worry about the weight so much...I like when I can run my hand down my outer thighs (you know, the "saddlebag" area) and I don't feel anything bumpy at all....just smooth, toned muscle. Oh yeah. (When I re-read that, it sounds a little pornographic.) And, let me toot my horn too----I completed week 6 (I started January 1st), but I'm only doing every other day. Every day would kill me.

Muscle weighs more than fat. Check out how your clothes fit. And how you feel. That's the real payoff.

Keep at it. Not only are you transforming fat into muscle (and burning more calories with every movement) you are getting into a very healthy space which will soon turn into nothing more than a routine for you.

Go girl, ver admirable!!

Keep at it. Your muscle is just holding on to water right now as it builds. It will release it soon-ish (how's that for a timeline). I promise. I've been working out during my lunch hour for 4 or 5 weeks and it does help.

You're going to look fabulous on your wedding day!

Good luck...and mothergoosemouse is right, getting in shape won't necessarily equate to losing weight - but you will feel better!

work out extra for me, jk. I need to get back to being consistent. My nutrition ed teacher said burning/taking out 500 calories a day equals to one pound a week if you REALLY want to lose weight.

But you're hot already! Crazy, haha.

Patience, dear.

Plus think of how tight your ass will be!
